Another early year by the looks of things; we might start picking Pinot gris around 1st March. Crops are spot-on target after a little bunch-thinning to concentrate flavours.

We are open for lunch on Saturday and Sundays for delicious regional, seasonal grazing Platters & light food from local produce. Click here for our current menu. Perfect to enjoy with a glass of Darling Park wine in hand while sitting looking out into our vineyards. We also provide picnic hampers complete with rug to enjoy in a quiet spot amongst the vines (please ring or email to book a hamper).
