the right stuff!
Gee it was a good one this year. I've been winemaking on the Peninsula since 1998 & this is the first vintage I can remember that I'd have to say was perfect in every way - just the right weather to ripen the grapes to as close to perfect balance of flavour, colour and yield as I've ever seen. The wines are happily all tucked up in barrel and we're already prepping the Rose for bottling early July.
We are OPEN for LUNCH on Saturday and Sundays for delicious regional, seasonal grazing Platters & light food from local produce. Click here for our current menu. Perfect to enjoy with a glass of Darling Park wine in hand while sitting looking out into our vineyards. We also provide picnic hampers complete with rug to enjoy in a quiet spot amongst the vines (please ring or email to book a hamper).
