Darling Park Pinot gris 2010 100% Mornington Peninsula (as are all our wines)
Hand picked from the Robinson vineyard in Moorooduc at the northern, warmer end of the Peninsula.
Wild fermented in older, small French oak barrels for complexity and because Judy the winemaker loves to use the natural yeasts present in the vineyard and winery to more fully express the beauty of Pinot gris grown in this ideal cool-climate site.
Best enjoyed now until about 2013.
