Darling Park Viognier 2008
Wild-fermented in mature small french oak to retain fruit while developing texture and complexity. It's improving in bottle as Viognier often does, revealing luscious dried-fruit compote flavours against a full-bodied mid palate.
The fruit is hand picked from the Robinson vineyard in the northern, warmer end of the Mornington Peninsula in Moorooduc.
