Max has been part of the Darling Park team since 2005 and no one is more loyal - though nowadays, he's enjoying retirement so pops his head in and has a stint behind the tasting bench from time to time to keep his hand in. Max has been a discriminating wine connoisseur for many years and is passionate about learning more- so here he is refining his basket-pressing technique. A sports freak like Ryan, dotty about AFL - he played VFL for Hawthorn oin the good ol' days.
